My apartment was very nice! A large kitchen and two nice sized bedrooms. I loved that pets were allowed. Very nice community and enjoyed my time there. Never had any issues and when my refrigerator broke, a brand new one was brought in ASAP.

the picture that they show was from years ago don't look like that now. dog park is never cleaned up dog poop all over the place. ticks are really bad over there. apartment are not well insulated mold growing on every window in apartment.

The place is a joke only because of the management, if I could give them zero stars I would. This would be a nice place if it was managed by the right people. The girl in the leasing office is the least helpful person ever with the rudest attitude, the maintenance team is below mediocre, I went a week without AC during the summer.

To sum up in one word, Horrible!! The smells from neighbors smoking, Nepalese cooking and dog feces are horrendous. At first appearance you may think this is a nice property but it is indeed not! Super thin walls, no privacy, crowded parking lots not numbered and a rundown look in each unit Ive seen. The only beauty in the apartment itself was my upgraded kitchen, with its stainless steal appliances. If you like seeing dogs off a leash and pooping with the owner not cleaning up after it this is might be the place for you. Oh, lastly beware this place has roaches!!

I have lived here for three years and this will be my last year. I don't really want to move, but this complex has really gone to pot. Maintenance takes weeks to respond if they even show up at all! The areas around to dumpsters are covered in garbage and it blows all over the place and there is discarded furniture everywhere. The groundskeeper does a good job, but what is the use of nice flowers outside your door when your apartment is falling apart inside?! They have started to rent to some questionable people as well and people who own dogs and not only do not pick up after them, but let them run loose. It is too bad because with the large balconies and generally good floor plans, these apartments could be really nice. Look elsewhere: for the price you pay here you can find something else, probably with a pool, tennis court or even a playground or gym-Village Knoll has none of these things!!
