Wouldve scored higher, but increasing rent prices have driven value down. Maintenance is superb. Apartments Read Moreare clean and pest control is second to none. Grounds are well maintained. lack of amenities is biggest minus. Pool passes for the sister property are nonexistent. Laundry cards are useless without online refill option. Certain features of apartment have become outdated eyesore (closets) and some are just inefficient (window ac/heating units). Location is really the best factor.

The apartments are old but in good shape. You must pay for everything. Yet it s a nice place. Low crime rate. Read MoreStaff, maintenence men superior. Nice but expensive. There are no perks except you can walk at all hours. You are safe.

The apartment rent is affordable and reasonable for the area. My apartment suits my needs and is nicely laid Read Moreout and carpeted. The location is close to my job and the many shopping/dining places within a couple of miles of my apartment. The two-story apartment buildings are well-maintained and landscaped. There are laundry and storage areas conveniently located in each building in the basement. The maintenance and management staff are very friendly and helpful. You can park on or off street.

The office staff was very underhanded during the move out process and I had to hire a lawyer to help sort the Read Moresituation out instead of paying the large fees they tacked onto my bill after I moved out
