I've lived here for 10 years. In the beginning, it was great! We had a golf course, storage, real fireplace and use of the lounge. It was very clean and tidy every where, now not so much. With the resent changes things have changed. We now have an electric fireplace, no storage and because of people not being able to control their kids we can't use the lounge after coming home from work. The pool used to open at 11.am. now it opens at 12p.m. This is a pet friendly complex which means you will run to dog poop anywhere you go because the residents are nasty. Management put up poop stations where residents can grab a bag, well some do and the poop just stays at the stations garbage can for a month or more. They haven't collected the bags since they installed the stations. As far as maintenance, they are pretty responsive although they may have to come twice to get it right. Oh by the way we are a "gated" community, cars just drive through the wooden arm, no guard in place. Beware if your package gets delivered to the wrong section, you're not getting it back. I've had my packages stolen numerous time, that's on the residents not management.

Office is staff is horrible. Please dont ever have a question for the actual property manager because shes either working from home or unavailable. Literally can not wait to move!

My daughter and I stopped in to look at some very beautiful units, 1/24/23, and the leasing staff were amazing. The first lady that showed the units was very patient and very informative, she made me feel like I had the apt already lol. The other leasing staff was very informative, as well, she really new her stuff!!! She was smiling and kind. Thank you for the water. I had a great experience and hopefully Ill have a new home there at Meadowbrook!!

The office staff here is very rude and they need some training in customer sales and manners. Every time I ask them for help they act like I'm bothering then. A few times they had over 4 people in the office and not one of them was assisting wa resident OR talking on the phone with a potential resident and they all act like I'm bothering them what I need help. The reason I need help was because I had another residencts a dog Attack mine by the playground. The other reason I needed help was because that keep overcharging My Electric bill. This is happen several times over the list 3 to 6 months. Every time I was overcharged 20 to 75 dollars. They did not notify residents about the mistake in the bill. You had to figure it out on your own and fight to pay the correct amount!!

Maintenance staff response is immediate! Grounds staff keep the community beautiful and everyone else on the staff are helpful and friendly. I have a renovated apt and I love it!
