I have lived here for approximately 12 years. No where is perfect but I have enjoyed most of my stay here. Repairs are taken care of in a timely manner. I use the fitness center, pool, and take nice walks. The community is pleasant and the location is ideal for schools, shopping and doctors.

Terrible management that can't keep staff in the office for longer than a year. Byron place buildings has been infested with roaches for over a year, can't fix it. Management just keeps turning over so nothings done right. Complex is too big (771 units) for them to handle with the amount of staff they have so things fall through the cracks all the time. They force you to pay an amenity fee even if you don't use them. They are run by Morgan Properties, and they couldn't care less about the residents. They definitely try to be good, but they don't have the big picture- people would rather have roads plowed than a resident pizza night. They had a huge fire on Wendy Way- said it was from a resident but I heard it was from bad wiring. They're not super expensive but they nickel and dime you at every turn and find bull excuses to cheat you out of your money. Don't rent here.

Do your research and stay away from this complex.The Apartments are falling apart and they will try to fix them on your expense.Bugs and mice EVERYWHERE.The worst part is the the office staff.The redhead and the guy in charge are just not meant to interact with people.They will act nice until you sign up!After that you will realize how snob they are and do not really care about the residents.DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU.I stayed here for 2 years and i will regret it for ever.I hope this review stays,as the other ones i submitted are DELETED on other sites.

This community is like a project in a good area.Apartments are outdated and heating,plumbing etc always break down.Buildings are infested with mice and they come into the apartments out of anywhere.Ofiice staff is trained to lie and take your money.Not trained to be polite though.DONT RENT HERE!it doesnt worth it.

Do NOT live in Kingswood! I moved in here after college and the apartment are overpriced and terrible quality. Not updated at all, maintenance problems constantly, dog waste all over the grass throughout the neighborhood. Our apartment floods from the ceiling leaking every 4-6 weeks that we have lived here. They sent out someone to "fix" it and it just continues to happen. Management is extremely unhelpful, all they care about is that they are legally allowed to take your money. Save yourself the trouble and do not live here!

The apartment is old and not well maintained. There are lot of roaches and insects coming up. The apartment itself is overpriced for its condition and the facilities provided.After vacating the apartment they charged a hefty sum of over $300 for carpet cleaning, kitchen cleaning etc... Even though we left the apartment in clean condition. When contacting the apartment they don't give proper response. The bill they give is not transparent and they charging a fee for everything.
