    They refused to give us our $800 security deposit back when we decided not to sign their ridiculous 40-page lease. And the staff only gives you half the information when you ask any questions. Noone said anything about the fact that we could loose $800 if we decided not to sign the lease, AND they wouldn't let us read the lease until after we paid the deposit. Do NOT apply here!

    Awesome place to live,always clean and quiet and the staff is just as great! Lots of fun community activities all year round. I would highly recommend!

    I love all the opportunities to get to know your neighbors. Theres always a parking spot for me right in front of my door and the maintenance always has the problem fixed before the day is over. The community garden and dog park are a huge bonus for me, too!

    The office staff, Kelly, Tracey, and Terri are great. So much going on to do ever month. The maintenance staff are prompt and courteous. It's a very friendly community; very nice neighbors.
