Kensington Club

If I could give 0 stars I would. The management was no help and the maintenance was a joke . The buildings are poorly built, the walls are thin, you can hear everything & they always got a place catching on fire.

I loved living at Kesington Club! You can't ask for more space for the price and the pool is amazing! I also loved that my kids could walk to school directly from the edge of the property. Every place has it's problems, but I lived here for 3 years and definitely recommend!

Move here on April 6 2019, the central Air was not working and still hasn't been fixed! They gave me a little 5,000 btu window unit to use which isn't doing anything in the apartment cause the apartment is big n spacious. It's like a bake oven n i have 2 children n my 3 month old granddaughter in here plus i have medical conditions that are effected by the heat. The office tells me I have ro wait Im on the list but its never worked! They rented my n my family a unit with a broken / not working central air unit but then advertise they have central air in all units smh really not working ones! We pay $1,366 monthly for rent. So if you enjoy air/ central Air I wouldn't recommend here but if you dont mind then its good.

Absolutely the worst management I have ever dealt with! Save your money! The apartments are horribly maintained. I have lived here for over 7 years and the last 4 have been dreadful. My rent increased from $900 to $1350 in three years. And they mow the grass in my area once every two weeks. They never weeded or finished mulching this year. My bushes are so big they cover my living room windows completely. I had a roof leak in my extra bedroom it took them over a month to come fix it and when they did "fix" it it happened again the next week. They then just came and painted over all the stains, which you can still see. Like I said I have lived here for over 7 years my carpet has never been replaced! I have new neighbors every 3 months and they get worse and worse. I have new neighbors on both sides of me one has roaches because I have seen 4 in my townhouse. I called the office to complain they said an exterminator would come that Friday needless to say they never came. I called again and never received a call back. I then had to pay $200 for my own exterminator!!! Kensington club only cares about taking people's money! The only reason I stayed here is because I have two American pitbull terriers and I couldn't find anywhere else to rent. However I recently purchased a home our settlement is 9/20/17. Our lease expires 10/1/17 but the office here took it upon themselves to renew my lease!!! So I was told I have to pay 2 months rent and I lose my security deposit!!! Why would I have to contact them about a lease that was expiring? Clearly if I was staying I would have contacted them. They claim they put the lease renewal on my front door (I never received it) so I'm sure they are lying. Anything to make money I suppose!!!!! I warned you!!! STAY AWAY

Decent place to live. Do not allow barbecue grills.
