    My partner and I both really loved this place and it was right within our budget. We then went to apply and were told that we would each individually need to qualify to be approved not qualify together. We were then told that if we were married or engaged then they were be able to combine our incomes. Meaning that since we are not married and are not getting married in the near future that we each need to make $56,000 in order to be approved as co-applicants. I just do not see this as a realistic expectation of an unmarried couple; because we more than qualify together. This was incredibly disappointing because we were absolutely in love with this apartment.
