    A nightmare experience from start to finish. First, you are REQUIRED to pay a $300 deposit just to apply for residency. The deposit is nonrefundable after 72 hours, and it takes that long to process your application, so keep in mind you'll lose $300 plus fees just applying. Then, once you're accepted, you'll be pressured to sign the lease on the apartment sight unseen, and if you ask to see the unit they'll show you whatever's open; in my case an apartment less than half the size of the one I'd applied for with completely different layout, details and location. They refuse to show you a unit if it's occupied (would you ask someone to buy a house just like that, without seeing it? Of course not, you'd warn the current resident that you're showing the house to the new buyers. This isn't a new concept.), and continually pressure you to sign a 13-month lease on a space you won't get to even see until the day you move in. I may have lost my deposit, but I definitely dodged a bullet if that's how these people operate. Absolutely backwards.

    A Truely Beautiful Luxury Apartments. Myself and my Girlfriend are loving it here in ours. Were on the Third Floor. And can see, alot from up here.
