Wheatland Hills

I lived here twice. it's an amazing location! The staff is mostly helpful and maintainance is timely but don't always resolve issue the first time. Overall not a bad place to live. I would recommend the 2 bedroom traditional. I liked that one the best, very roomy and nice layout. The neighbors there were very nice both times.

I dont recommend to live here.In the second floor the air conditioner doesnt work, the temperature in the summer is 86/90 degrees inside and the manager says that the air conditioner works!!!!Its impossible to live in these conditions!!!

The Leasing office staff is very commercial. They have shown me very good model Apt but i was shocked after seeing actual Apt on Move in date. They did not even clean outside and there were many spider nets and spiders used to come inside. My actual plan was to stay for long time but after experiencing worst things in here now moved to very good Apt Sunnybrook Townhomes and these Apts are simply awesome. I recommend future tenants to look actual APt

We lived in Wheatland Hills for 9 years before moving out because of expanding our family. It's a beautiful place to live in, with awesome amenities like the gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, and children's playground. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly. We also had very good neighbors who have now become very good friends. Close to Park City Mall, grocery stores and the LGH health campus which was a great benefit for us. Loved the beautiful views of the trees and nature in all seasons.

Screens don't fit windows properly, smoke from other units makes my apartment smell

One of the office workers was very rude and unhelpful. I wanted to view my apartment before signing the lease and they made it seem like I was asking way too much. They said they replaced all of the carpet prior to my move in date but it was obvious they did not.
