The leasing office staff are very nice, but the actual management is pretty lacking. Seems to be a result of the corporate policy rather than the local staff's decision, but it's still very frustrating. Fixes are done the cheapest way possible, so things are constantly breaking and feel run down. Even the recent "improvements" are lacking, for example the doors were painted but the overspray on everything looks so bad and the paint is already chipping a few months later and the new door hardware is cheaply made and sticks. Parking is also so bad. The staff says there are enough spaces but they must only be counting registered vehicles. A lot of families have 3+ cars. The reserved spot system only makes things worse as those spots sit empty most of the time, but you can't park there. Hope you don't want to have guests over, they won't be able to park and you yourself might have to park super far away from your own home. A very expensive place to live for what you get, but the location is good. Right next to a train station, down the road from shopping centers. I just don't know if that stuff is worth the frustration of living here.

I'm a current resident and I been here almost a year and my experience has been great. However, i wanted to give a huge shout out to one of the property managers Shannon. I reported having issues with my washer several times and it wasn't until I got a hold of Shannon that I recieved expedited service and will soon have a regular working washing machine. I want to say thank you to Shannon for taking care of my issue and my concerns my family and I are grateful.

Terrible. Maintenance terrible. Black mold in Windsor court side. Gas outtages, poor air Conditioning. Poor snow removal. Management has no clue how to run s complex. Would give negitive stars if I could. Would have risked breaking my lease but the let me out early because they know how bad my time there was.
