I recently took a walk through some apartments at The Silk Factory, I was very impressed with what I saw. The building has plenty of amenities and is surrounded by a number of stores and places to enjoy something to eat or a walk in the park which is across the street. The apartment I looked at were very large and clean and the staff that works there are very nice. The Silk Factory is definitely one of the top places to live in the area.

Love living here! The tall ceilings and large windows really open up the space and never make you feel closed in.

The Silk Factory has lots of charm in the foyer and the amenities are top notch. Nothing here is done on the cheap. From the awesome Weber grills in the dining courtyard to the truly authentic and enormous picnic tables. The gym has free weights and everything you need to stay fit and strong. The lounging courtyard offers propane outdoor fire pits surrounded by quality wicker furniture w cushions. Im a baseball nut and the fact I can theories across the street is a source of comfort. Cant wait for next spring/summer!

This is a great place to live. The location is great and near many unique stores/restaurants as well as major shopping. The residents are friendly and the space is unique and spaciousness.
