Village of Pennbrook Apartments

Allowed me and my roommate to apply, only to find out the apartment was taken. What a rip off. $70 in application fees!!!

Management has lost the trust of its tentative. This is a community of pride and character now their is a lack of camaraderie between tentative. People place trash and garbage throughout the complex and we are getting penalized for it with senseless up charges. These people has lost the respect of each other

Ever since Management changed everything went down hill from there. It looks beautiful don't get me wrong but there are fees that they do not tell you about ( trash, sewer, the list goes on so basically like a $100 extra a month on top of rent.) Rent is just way to high for a small apartment. I thought I was the only one that felt this way but I can count a handful of pervious and current tenants that feel the same way. I would but a request for maintenance to fix anything when I'm home only and I would come home to my apartment a mess and furniture moved around. There was no respect, communication, and they were very rude. I lived there from 2016-2018 and had to find something better.

Price goes up very quickly. Not a great area for the price they want for those apartments

Overall, I love it here. The maintenance is above reproach (although I did have some issues with the outside contractors they use). fortunately, the mess they left behind (tracked through the house in filthy boots) was expeditiously cleaned by the staff of Pennwood while we were on a vacation... they really did a great job too.
