    I wake up everyday thankful to be a resident at the Royal Worthington.The complex is perfectly situated on the on the mainline with easy access to major roadways, 2 regional train stations, and the Chester Valley Trail. One of the stations has daily Amtrak service to NYC without having to change trains. King of Prussia Mall is about 20 minutes away. Within line-of-sight is a Target Store (with a Starbucks inside) and Wegmans (24/7). Each store is a safe walk that is well lit into the evenings.My residence is equipped with modern appliances that still have the luster of being brand-new. Having a washer/dryer inside my unit is quite convenient. The water is hot and water-pressure is adequate. The granite countertops are an elegant touch. I also enjoy the sliding glass door that I have on the exterior wall of my residence that lets in a lot of light.The office is staffed 7 days a week with knowledgeable, competent, and empowered individuals. Whether in person or through email, I get a timely reply with all the information I need. The leasing agents have desks in the main lobby and double as informal concierges always ready to serve up a cheerful greeting and eager to help with whatever one might need. They kindly handle all my drying cleaning pickup and deliveries. They would give any NYC doorman a run for their money. The building is well cared for with the exterior and interior common areas both kept flawless. There is a small gym on site along with an outdoor hot tub (open year-round) and pool. On weekdays there is a complimentary continental breakfast along with coffee and tea 24/7.Most the residents seem quite friendly. I think it has to with the fact there are a lot of dog owners and dog people tend to be happier than non-dog people! There is even a dog park right outside. But have no fear; everyone uses a leash and does a good job picking up after his or her dog. This place is a GEM and I intend on staying for a while.

    The apartment was fine but the lobby, gym, and elevator areas I found to be dirty. The maintenance person did his best but once a day mopping the lobby is not enough. The black tile shows the dog hairs and the dust balls in the corners. The gym equipment was never wiped down and the dust balls in the corners kept growing. The hotel is a dog friendly place and THERE are numerous dogs and some people have more than one. This requires the hotel management to be extra vigilant.

    The staff is friendly and apartment is spacious, modern and stylish. For example my master bedroom fits a king bedroom set perfectly. Lots of closest space and high ceilings. Staff and maitnence is accomidating. Only negative is that they are slightly understaffed and need to conintue to invest in the up keep of amenities to stay functioning.

    Building is nice, so is the staff. I have a problem with the agent I got. Who doesn't listen to what your saying and talks over you. I had a question about their online rent payment system she told me she didn't know much about it. I can't believe they have someone representing the building who doesn't know how to help explain to a tenant how to pay. She also told me on move in day their are no furniture dollys or hand trucks. I Found out later they do. Unfortunatly I got the rep I did.

    Manager is not accessible at ALL. She did not reply to an email we sent about the pet stations and claimed to have left us a voicemail. We never got a voicemail or follow up email... This is not customer service. I've tried multiple times to have my fianc's email address added to their email account; however, for some unknown reason she is still not getting emails. We've asked four times.

    From first meeting to Theresa in Sales/Leasing, to the maintenance staff, specifically Sean, I can't say enough good things. The furnished 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed and was clean and modern. The ability to have our dog was fabulous as well. Lots of outdoor space and walking trails. You can't go wrong renting/leasing here!
