    I've been living in a one bedroom apartment here for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. Though it is a bit pricey, the environment and amenities make up for it. Management seems really nice, and always responds back in a timely manner when i have questions. I noticed a small leak in my ceiling, put in a work order, and it was fixed the next day. Same thing happened when my washing machine broke. Overall a really nice place to live.

    The Estates At Seven Fields was a great place for our family to land during a transition period in our lives. We stayed 2 years. It was clean, fairly quiet, in a convenient location to stores and the interstate, dog friendly (we had 2) and they were quick to help with any issues that came up.

    Priced way too high for not so nice apartments. Landscaping is awful with rocks everywhere, maintenance isn't allowed to repair or replace broken appliances unless the Office Manager approves it (and she usually doesn't). We lose power and internet a lot, especially in the winter when it's freezing outside. When the landscaping company wants to rinse off their shoes/equipment they help themselves to people's outside water hook ups without permission. Don't waste your money.

    I feel that these town homes are priced way too high for the quality. I understand that there aren't many options for rentals in Cranberry but I have to be honest. The walls are thin as paper, you can hear your neighbors snoring at nigh and sneezing ext. The kitchen is very low quality; no sink sprayer. No blinds or overhead lights hardly anywhere which makes it hard to move in on that first night. We were told the blinds that were in the house when we were shown were going to be left behind but they weren't. If the neighbors are loud and keep you up all night, there is nothing anyone can do. There are dogs allowed in the homes now and dog poop is left everywhere for my kids to run through and track through the house. Our shower would make this loud screaming noise for a good 10 minutes every time it was used. There are no knobs on the kitchen cabinets or drawers which makes everything sticky. I don't recommend this place if there are any other options possible. We are a military family and we didn't find very many options in the area. Glad we're gone.

    Poor construction! Windows are terrible. Even when closed and locked, sounds like they are open. Management is not friendly or compassionate at all. I would recommend looking for something of equal value in the area.

    Make sure that you read over the lease regarding late payments. They add your utility bills to the rent for the month. If you pay the rent on time and not the utility bill no matter how minimal, they charge you a late fee which is equivalent to 10% of your rent and not the utility bill.So for instance you may have a $60 utility bill one day late and they will charge you a (if renting a townhouse) $175.00 late fee and if not paid by the 8th they add another 5% for a total of $261 in late fees on a $60 utility bill. We are a couple that has owned for 30 plus years and are renting for one year while building. We have excellent credit and have always paid our bills on time, they dont care. Not sure how they get away with this extremely high late fee.Our refrigerator was not working properly, lost close to $200 worth of food and it took over a week for a new one in which time we had to throw away more food. They wont consider for one moment crediting you for the loss.One month after we moved in, we filled out a maintenance request for an inoperable window, still not fixed, they said I would have to put in another request, not sure why???Third bedroom floor vent has basically no air coming out of it hot or cold, they were not willing to do anything about it until I became persistent and they gave us a ceiling fan which doesnt help when you cant sleep with it on beacause of allergies. I had asked the maintenance man what the answer was, he said tear the building down and start over since it was built with poor duct work.Asked for new carpeting prior to moving in, it was so dirty, matted and two bleach spots upstairs, they said it was in great shape and would come clean once cleaned. It stayed clean for about two weeks before all the spots started showing up again.I would think twice before renting from A.R. Building.
