Delbrook Manor Apartments

I moved here because of an emotional event in my life. It is quiet and I love the closet and storage space. The bedroom is large. The snow removal this last season was very good. I was impressed because we had 36 inches at one time. I like being close to everything. I had to call maintenance 2 times and they were very prompt and took care of my issues right away.

The quality of the staff, quick response to maintenance issues. Beautiful community, very quiet and peaceful. Apartment was incredibly immaculate when I moved in. I feel very safe here, at all hours. Parking and vestibules are always well lit.

Do you like the smell of Indian Food in your apartment 24 hours a day and the smell of dog poop and pee outside no matter what apartment you have? You do? Then live here. Do you like being able to hear all of your neighbors' conversations around you and what tv they watch due to paper thin walls and floor? Then live here. Do you like having 50+ year old wiring in your apartment that goes on and off at various times throughout the day. Then live here. Do like having cracks running up your wall due to problems with the foundation? Then live here. Do you like having neighbors with flea infestations? Then live here. Do you like overpaying for rent? Then live here.

I never heard back from them not very satisfied

Delbrook Manor Apts. are in a convenient location with easy access to the interstate, grocery stores, shopping areas and many restaurants. The surroundings are pleasant and the grounds well maintained. Bordering on the interstate there is some traffic noise but tolerable.The office staff is pleasant and the maintenance staff is prompt with their service. Having assigned parking for one vehicle is a definite plus.
