Local Reviews

It is a very quiet commu ity. Most people in my condo community are older and are inside after dark. There are many restaurants and shops within a short driving distance.

My neighborhood is made up of people who are friendly and look out for each other. It has convenient amenities for families and people of all age groups. It had public school that are highly rated and local colleges and universities. There are cities close by but we still feel as we live in a more rural setting.

Everyone keeps an eye out for each other. Neighbors hang out together. We I like going hiking with anyone.

Nice area. Access to every thing is close. Neighborhood get togethers. Halloween pumpkin carving. Swimming parties I'm the summer. No hoa rules to follow.

Known for old ice cream plant that still sells ice cream People come far and wide to visit and buy ice cream. It is a known tourist spot..

It is between two major cities and easy to commute to work. The highways are easy on and easy off and rarely get congested. Taxes are low and the homes are kept nice.
