Belmont Ridge Apartments is affordable, the grounds are well-maintained, the community is quiet, and the location is convenient. I have a free full-size washer/dryer, pool, clubhouse, work-out room, racquetball court and basketball court for use without any additional fees. I have a covered three-sided deck that is very roomy and private. I have access to the deck from both my bedroom and living room. I can easily walk to the mall and several restaurants.

Belmont Ridge was an excellent place to live. I moved there without having visited the apartment first and it was exactly as advertised. Clean grounds which were always kept up and landscaped regularly. The dog park was kept up nicely and extremely convenient. Management was very responsive and communicated timely and often with grounds issues/construction notices/ rent agreements.

At first I thought I was moving into a nice apartment, but when I got here I had to face reality. I did a walk through and seen so many things that needed repaired. The repairs that were done looked like someone with no experience done them. I had to have my ceiling repaired, it took them a whole week to repair it. The left a bucket in the middle of my floor over the weekend, I guess to them it wasnt an emergency and because they are closed on the weekend they didnt have to fix it. Complaining to management does nothing the paint didnt match they had to come 3 times and it still aint right, by the way who still have popcorn ceilings. As much money as you pay to live here you would think that they would do better. The rent goes up every year. The dont do anything for the GOOD TEANTS, they dont offer to clean the carpets, they offer nothing. If you have good tenants you would want to treat them right so that they stay, not at Belmont Ridge. The dog park is filled with poop and it so muddy all the time even when its not raining . They have a bunch of old nosey women who think they are the pool police, that hang out all day at the pool & harass everyone. Let one tenant do something wrong, all the tenants get punished for it, like we are in high school. This place is a joke. I have never rented from any other management company like this one.They should have a sign saying RENT AT YOU OWN RISK. They do not take ACCOUNTABILITY for nothing, the make EXCUSES for everything. I have been here 4 years to date when my lease is up in September 2021 Im out of here.

Probably the dirtiest apartment I've ever moved in to, the carpet should have been replaced (which I mentioned to management and they didn't bat an eye) and the hood over the stove looked like someone had been running a burger joint. And overall, the entire place needed a thorough cleaning upon move in. This is not what you would expect moving in to an apartment.
