    Residence common areas such as Laundry Area, Elevators, Hallways, Stairways, etc. were always kept clean. Staff was friendly and generally responded to needs, requests in a timely manner.

    The apartments are nice. However, management is not on site so elevators never get cleaned, outside windows never cleaned, hall carpets never shampooed, roof leaks into apartments during hard rains.

    Nice and peaceful. but they found things wrong with the apartment and I didnt receive all my deposit back and the place was cleaner then when I moved in.
