Still haven't heard anything regarding the property

Rudest property manager ever. Entrance ways and hall lights are filled with bugs. The public areas of the property are never cleaned or maintained. The amenities are a joke, the pool is extra and rarely open. Expect to pay a minimum of $200 a month for water/sewer. It took 9 months for them to fix a building door that would not lock so building was not secure.

I really love this place and every time I keep applying for an apartment but I cant find some .So now Im asking for a one or two bedroom apartment in castle club.

I was very disappointed that there were no available apartments and no waiting list!

You have the worst service that I encounter in a while. Rent.com ask for a credit score for a house you may be interested in then you never hear from them again.

Never heard back from these apartments. They are posting but never getting back to anyone.

Horrible that we get charged late fee for rent but yet they can’t keep the hot water hot for a month. This has been going on and off for three months and I’ve tried to be as patient as possible. This is pathetic.

Looking for an apartment for my son and I first time renter. Work very hard credit isn’t the best

The apt is nice but they have roaches, the manager is nasty, the ditch around the apt is a feeding place for summer bugs, they charge for waste water, a monthly $5 processing fee for the water bill, you get overcharged on the water bill, in the hallway the walls & doors are dirty - outside door new paint job but inside door filthy dirty - a half job painting. Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors conversation. Cheap windows anyone can break-in. Take my word I would not recommend anyone moving there. At times, the hallway smell like sewage. When the power went out in the winter, pure darkness in the hallway. NO EMERGENCY LIGHTS. This was five years ago when I lived there.

DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ARE CROOKED AND THIEVES ! THEY CHARGED ME 1800 FOR A INSPECTION REPORT WHEN I MOVED OUT. THAT APARTMENTS ARE MOUSE INFESTED AND HEAT DOES NOT WORK! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Mother of my kids lives here for many many years for the pass year or so the building is not kept up right hallways are paint on the hallways entrance floors, floors not leaved for walking this is sad how management can put a blind eye to the situations and now I’ve never been beaten or had a bedbug issue but there in them buildings they don’t care and one major issue is the apartments building is build from wood a nesting ground for bedbugs! My daughter moms is a clean woman house clean so am Confused on why they’re in that apartment but they’re spreading three the build and something needs to be done about it!

I was thinking about moving here but not for mr to be living with mice and roaches

I’m writing this review because Emess Management (the company that manages Castle Club) had the audacity to send me an email for a “past due” invoice after I moved out. First off, let me say this. DO NOT RENT HERE! I repeat, DO NOT RENT HERE. Unless of course, you would like to live amongst cockroaches, shootings, trash, and shady criminal activity. As a girl who lived alone in her 20s, I can honestly say I never felt more unsafe living here. I would go sleep at my parents’ house due to the anxiety I felt after the shooting in November of 2019. Their only solution they offered to me was to “carry pepper spray.” I constantly heard people fighting in the hallways and even choking each other out. Domestic violence disputes, you name it! My brother lived here as well and his apartment had bullets go through the walls and Castle Club handled this beyond poorly. It was truly sickening. I see there have been more shootings in the last 2 years as well. This is a SLUM and they aren’t getting a penny out of me. Maybe once I contact the health department for all of the cockroaches I found in my place they’ll end up OWING ME money. They also claimed I “broke my lease” when I was on a month to month lease basis after my 1st year. These people are horrendous - DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM! Stay far, far away! If they’d like to tarnish my credit I’ll make sure everyone knows the TRUTH about this place.
