The bathrooms and kitchen need updates. They haven't been updated for at least 20 years. Things are mismatched and feel dirty. How many people have lived here since the last times those areas were updated? Gross..

Quiet and friendly area, close to everything, nice size rooms, thick walls, you can't hear your nieghbor. Pet friendly

Your office staff seemed to not be in the office more than they were in the office. It was difficult to get ahold of them at times. Nice ladies, don't get me wrong. Bob the maintenance man was wonderful. You will lose him if you don't get him help. Him being the only repair man is ridiculous.
