The price is good compared to a lot of the apartments in the Philly suburb area. You have to be ok with living Read More on the outskirts of Norristown and everything that brings. The location is good (close to KOP, major roadways, Conshy, Blue Bell, Audobon, Main Line etc...). The apartment itself is nice, but you can tell the facility was rundown before but it seems like new management is making an attempt to fix it up inside and out. The facility has a subpar fitness center, pool/grill area and garden.

My apartment is average for the area, and decently priced; however, whenever I have a service issue, it takes Read Moremaintence a minimum of 3 times to fix it. Also, there is never ever parking.

We lived at 450 Green for 2 years and our apartment was a good value. However, maintenance became an issue ov Read Moreer time as problems never seemed to be fixed properly. We had a mouse infestation, clogged drains in both our bathroom sink and shower, and ACs which emitted an awful smell. At the end of our lease, we had a major leak in our bedroom closet which caused substantial mold and damaged some of our personal items. There was limited parking and towing was not enforced for non-residents.

The apartment unit itself was great, but the hallways and common spaces were not kept clean. I had a 6 month Read Moreissue with the office staff where they lost my notification of lease termination, provided inaccurate and false information, and attempted to charge me for a full year lease that I never renewed. They were in a state of transition between the old management and the new group (as of 2011) and all of my issues were with the old management. I was able to get the issue resolved eventually.
