The apartments are very nicely designed however for the size I feel like they are a bit overpriced. Also, when Read More I first moved in a few years ago I was reassured that the price was unlikely to increase(which ultimately it did). The garbage shoot was an added convenience which was removed.

the apartment is nice and unique in character. however, the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are in seriou Read Mores need of a facelift. as well as the windows/woodwork. bedroom closet doors are flimsy.

I enjoy living at the Shoe Factory but have had issues with neighbors while living there. Unfortunately, the Read Morewalls do not offer much of a buffer with the noise level between apartments. The kitchens are very dated and need to be updated. If you're going to charge almost $1000 in rent per month, I would expect a kitchen that didn't look like it popped out of a bad 80's movie.

The apts are clean and the service is excellent. Whenever I have called for service it gets attended immediate Read Morely .

I love that my apt has its own washer/dryer, dishwasher and a garbage disposal along with trash chutes on the Read Morefloors. However, rent is very expensive for Palmyra, PA. I also feel like maintenance needs to enter apartments way too often, I feel privacy is not the best because of this.
