Ambassador Apartments

My Family just moved into ambassador apartments yesterday! My apartment is clean , just as promised and exactly what I expected it to be! I am beyond happy and satisfied! Our rental consultant Inna did such a great job from the very first moment that I called to the very last moment that she moved us in! She was constantly communicating with us to make sure we are happy . I cant say anything was wrong ! She explained everything very detailed and professionally starting from the beginning to the lease signing!! I highly recommend her as well to everyone and this community! The apartment itself is very spacious , quite, clean and we absolutely love our kitchen ! Inna thank you for all your amazing help and wonderful communication! I am looking forward to using the beautiful pool as well!

So far, my apartment is clean and mostly well taken care of. Inna is very welcoming and helpful. The building is so quiet and I feel safe when I arrive. It was all a quick process and I feel well informed about the whole process. I would recommend inna to all renters!!!! So happy and thankful to such amazing worker Inna!

Thanks to Inna who helped make the move easy. The apartment is in great shape, floor was redone and ready to move in. Close to parks, great schools and it's also close to my workplace. Has a great pool as well which seems to be maintained. The outside area is clean too and looks to be taken care of.

We recently moved into our new Ambassador apartment. Our apartment is very spacious and bright. We really liked the new washing machine, floor and sink. We had some problems with the stove but they quickly replaced it with a new one. Ambassador apartments really have a convenient location and a beautiful, well-kept yard. We thank our rental consultant Inna for her flexibility and patience. The Ambasador staff is friendly and ready to help. And also thank you for the gifts and flowers received on the first day of arrival. We are very pleased to have chosen the ambassador.

Never deal with these scammers! We moved out a month early due to relocating to another state. Initially, they required us to pay the full last month's rent, which we did to avoid breaching the contract. Then they promised a refund if they found new tenants, but after securing new tenants, they withheld $1,200 and only returned $1,300, calling it a "gesture of goodwill." This is simply outrageous! We lived in this apartment for two years, and it was our first home in Philadelphia. We would have been better off continuing our search rather than staying here. Upon moving out, we ordered a professional cleaning service as required. Despite fulfilling all conditions, they refused to return our deposit, claiming we needed to replace the carpet at an inflated price. They sent a photo of a small stain, claiming it was urine, but the photo is unclear and doesnt prove its from our apartment. It seems they planned to replace the carpet from the start, using this as an excuse to keep our deposit. Its important to know that all positive reviews are required on the first day of moving in. We have friends who moved out and were also denied their deposits. You might think you can resolve issues, but don't be fooledthey hide behind closed doors and have no intention of helping. The kitchen and appliances are outdated and unpleasant to use. When we moved in, the kitchen cabinets were sticky and reeked of chemicals for a month. The appliances are the cheapest possible, despite the high rent. Parking is available, but your car may be damaged, and they won't take responsibility. They might even pass on information to the perpetrator, helping them avoid accountability instead of assisting you. Finally, the pool, which is supposed to be an advantage, operates from 12 PM to 7 PM, opening in mid-summer and closing as soon as school starts, despite warm weather still ahead.

My husband and I moved in today to our new apartment! We like the community, quite neighborhood, convenient location to most parks , schools , and etc we can see that this community will suite us for a long time .. We sold our house and wanted something smaller and this community was able to offer us the perfect 2 bedroom size and clean place ! We looked for a while and finally made the right decision! Definitely recommend this community apartments to others ! Very nice place ! Nice pool , and landscaping! Thanks Inna for your help !
