    Bromley House is a mess. I lived here for two years and it was a horrible decision. Do not waste your money here. It is by far overpriced for the terribly rooms and apartments. The apartments in my building (Building B) are TINY, old, and disgusting. On the websites, they show models with balconies and spacious rooms, but it's nonexistent. They make the lobby look very clean and presentable, but the hallways and stairs are dingy and dirty. There's always garbage laying around. They are very good at putting on a face. Maintenance people were the kindest people I have encountered but recently they hired new young people who just stand on their phones. I had an issue in my apartment and maintenance/ office refused to assist me. Water started pouring from my ceiling due to a backup from the garbage disposals. I put my trashcans to catch the water while hurrying to call maintenance. The office told me they were short staffed and the maintenance man was going home to sleep before he was returning to work meanwhile my apartment has a waterfall from the ceiling. They made me wait HOURS. Another instance is when the office/maintenance failed to notify me that I had a flood in my apartment until I returned home late from work to find everything SOAKING WET and SMELLY. I called the office the next day and the woman said that maintenance would be by to clean up the water; well I already did that when I returned home. The women in the office are so rude and disrespectful. They speak down to you and roll their eyes when talking- as if this isn't part of their job to answer your questions. Also the mice are out of control. They run through the walls, ceiling, chewing away in the middle of the night, and maintenance/leasing office refuse to do anything to help. The exterminator would only come to the apartments once a week despite having an infestation. I found dead mice in the hallways but no one would come clean it up.

    I will give Bromley House a good rating, because the apt complex is convenient to main streets and public transportation. I like that it has both lot and street parking. The noise can be managed a little better. The parking lot needs to be shoveled during the snow to avoid falls or cars becoming stuck.

    The location at the complex was very convenient for my family and I. My neighbors have been very pleasant and friendly over the years. When the landscaping company hit my parked car multiple neighbors witnessed and reported. One even wrote down the license number for me. Maintenance staff is friendly.

    It was quiet and had quite adequate room at a decent price. And it was reasonably close to a church and supermarket and bus routes.
