Dont ever live here. If you apartment gets flooded there not going to pay for damages. There is mold growing around the buildings, the leasing office manager and the regional manager are beyond disrespectful and there going to tell you that they do not care about you, your problems or your health conditions and they will even hang up on you. I referred so many people here and now we are all leaving due to the living conditions there forcing us to live in its not safe for your children!!!! Youll be making a big mistake staying here I will no longer refer anyone to come here!

Ive been here almost seven years and I love it , never had any major issues and when you report something they get right on it. Could be a little bit more weights in the gym

Office staff only one person is nice. Others are rude and beyond. Nice apartment, good value for the money.

It's a nice quiet apartment complex.. Each entrance has it's own washer and dryer machines . So you don't have lug your laundry to another building.. 2 entrenches to apartment which is handy.. People who managed it seem nice.

I asked them to clean the carpets because there was red stains on the carpet. When I moved in the stains were still there so I waited a couple weeks and asked again, by that time my furniture was set up and when the carpet cleaner came I told him and the front office that my furniture was down so I will have him do the visible spots. By the time I moved I was deducted money off my security deposit for stains that were already there from the beginning

The service is fast and effcient, they take care of the grounds when bad weather arrives and all other times.
