My good friends live here. Beautiful property, high ceilings very well maintained building. The pool is also a very nice feature. Although its off a busy intersection once inside feels very secluded, personal and quiet. Would def live here wonderful residence.

Over priced poor staff, amenities are why I got this place and they are never opened. They charge why to much for what you get you can't even use amenities pool is never opened gym is closed along the time emails will be sent out 12 hours after they were closed like that makes it better. Not okay.

apartment was great. No real problems there except for occasionally noisy neighbors. Most frustrating thing was office's responsiveness to resident problems--especially mail delivery. They would accept packages and not always notify you or know where they were. This got better with new management, but was the most frustrating this about living there. In addition, the office really seemed only there to serve people who wanted to lease and not the residents who live there.
