Southstar has been nothing but great for me! They have made me feel at home while living here and all of the facilities are top of the line! Would highly recommend any friends or family to live. Walking distance to all the great parts of Philly.

The entire team is very friendly. There was a problem during the move-in process and they made every effort to remediate the problem. The community manager is very responsive to emails.

Aimco is the absolute worst company i have dealt with, they make up their own "laws" regarding policies, and do not adhere to actual law. The maintenance is horrible (while the actual personnel are usually friendly, the turnaround is outrageous). The management company cares only about their money, not about any of the actual people living there paying their bills. Lastly, pay attention to your bills and your lease, because i have to had them adjust my balances on many occasions, lost my parking spot that was given to me... its just...simply put... the "WORST" experience i have ever had in renting, and i have rented many places.

Southstar lofts is the prefect place to live in Center City. The building is always impeccably clean. The staff is kind and willing to help. The apartments are modern and very comfortable at the same time. Highly recommend Southstar living.
