I just moved in this apartment towards the end of July. My move-in day was very poor managed. There were 3 tru Read Morecks (including mine) jamed packed to get stuff in, which delayed my move and i had to pay the mover more because of mpre time needed after I already told them the time I need to move in and need to use the freight elevator. More things went wrong for my apartment, tub drain was heavily clogged (why wasn't it checked by the management prior to my move?)that maintainence had to use industrial acid to break it through. And my towel rack fell off 2 times. Bedroom and my exhaust lights were out...and the list goes on. My doors were painted way too thick and i couldn't even shut them, paint fell all over the floor constantly.
Also, they are renovating a lot of apartments, so if you work different shift other than office hour schedule, expect extremely loud banging and drilling noise from 8am-5pm. Its loud enough to the point i had to leave my apartment. Worst part is, part of my wall shared with next door with construction going on, BIG CHUCNK CAME OFF. So now you know how fragile and thin the wall is.
All this happened, with a promise from the leasing office lady telling me "everything will be ok" when I signed the lease. Well, everything went wrong. So think before you consider moving in here.
The only positive experience i had so far was the maintainence team, they are at least friendly and actually fix some problems.
Think, before you move in. This apartment has a great potential, but too many things went wrong that i truly regret my decision of moving in.
