Windsor Residential Living

Comfortable and attractive place to call home. I'm pretty independent and enjoy being able to get out and participate much of what Philly offers. Windsor staff members are congenial and quick to offer assistance if needed.

I've been at the Windsor for 9 years now. In that time, the Windsor has gone through quite a transformation. The renovations are absolutely beautiful. They have really brought the building into the modern era, without overpowering you. From the open air style lobby, to the warmth of the hallways, every detail has a personal touch. The staff here is amazing! Something I noticed when I first moved in, and continues to this day, is the friendliness of the staff. From the Bellmen to the Front Desk Staff, to Engineering, to the Office Crew, everyone greets you with a hello, or have a great day! The Tuesday lobby meet & greets are a nice way for other tenants to get to know each other. A very welcomed addition. I love what's been done on the 24th floor leading to the pool area. Its clean, open, and very pretty. They have added more chairs to sit and chat with friends, and enjoy the great view of the city. I feel like in the past few years, a lot of attention and care was put back into the Windsor to make it our home. It's a great place to live. #1709

Here are the good things about the place which were definitely overstated during my initial inspection. The pool is cool on the roof. Has a decent gym area. If you love hearing both your neighbor's televisions or their conversations as they talk you'll LOVE this place. The walls between apartments are THIN! I never felt as if I had any privacy living there. They have a 24 hour front desk but it's basically for hotel guests only. If you live up on the 20th floor and you're expecting a guest, expect to come all the way down and go all the way back up to let your guest in. A doorman is not a service available at The Windsor. I could regularly smell the deodorizer that was used in the building septic system in my apartment.THe door slams in the hallways are really loud, Most people don't give a crap about how loud their doors slam no matter the hour. There are other minuses as well. BTW I am not a disgruntled tenant, my rent was always paid on time. I am a tenant who does not like paying $1500.00 a month for renting a studio where I have very little privacy.

CONTACTED THIS PROPERTY 3 TIMES. EACH TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE A SALES AGENT CONTACT ME - NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE I GUESS THESE PROPERTIES HAVE THE ABILITY TO PICK & CHOOSE WHO THEY WILL SEE SINCE COVID IS STILL AROUND

The leasing staff are amazing. Anytime I need anything Caitlin is responsive and so friendly and helpful. I love living here and plan to stay as long as they will have me.
