This place is terrible. it has a dishwasher and 2 bathrooms but thats the only good part about it and the dish Read Morewasher and toilets constantly break. You dont pay for water but NEVER have enough hot water. They never plow in the winter. The 2 ladies managing are rude and terrible. The laundry room is nothing but bad there is like 15 washers and dryers but noone ever removes their clothes. Do not live here.

The walls are extremely thin. Also noticed black mold.

Fantastic location, almost anything you may want is on McKnight Road and downtown is about 10 minutes away. N Read Moreever had any issues with loud neighbors, although I may have just gotten lucky. There is always parking available, it may not be right next to your building but I've never had to walk more than a minute to my car. Laundry could be an issue in the winter as it's in a separate building. Office staff is pleasant, always helpful, and always returns phone calls.

I enjoyed living at this apartment. I love the location - very close to a lot of good restaurants, stores, the Read More mall, and about 12 minutes from downtown yet it is set back and surrounded by trees so it doesn't feel like you're in a big city.
The only issues I had were sometimes it could get a bit noisy - the walls are very thin so you can definitely hear your neighbors. The one-bedrooms also have a very small kitchen, so if you like to cook it's definitely not ideal. That was pretty much it.

The maintenance staff never could fix any of the issues we had. The stove's breaker would trip at random so w Read Moree would have to constantly keep checking if the stove had power. The AC in the apartment would never work. After numerous "fixes". They blamed the problem on "hot walls". I finally had an AC company come out and inspect the unit and found it had bad evaporator coils. I showed the statement to the management and they said I was wrong and that it would not be fixed.
