Terrible service when you need it. There are also rats living on the floor

The walls are paper thin. Anthony, in the office, does not like to be bothered with issues. Reported a problem of a dog barking constantly throughout the day and night. Could hear the dog over my television. He would not resolve the situation. His answer to everything is to just notify the local police department. If you are allergic or sensitive to cigarette smoke, look somewhere else to rent. It leaks into the apartments easily. Notified the office on 3 attempts about a bird that was building a nest on top of the light just outside my door, and nothing was done about it to prevent them from building it. The birds would swoop down when entering or leaving the apartment door.

For your own good and health DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE this place is infested with mouse and the office wont do anything other than just put traps, I have had 6 mice in less than 2 years. Also if you notice they only reply to the reviews with 5 stars they simply just dont care about the problems, I have given up.

Only live here if you're schedule is conducive to being awakened every Monday morning around 5AM...Beep, Beep, Beeeeeep!!! goes the extremely loud garbage truck as it backs through the entire neighborhood. Other than this, it's a great place to live. I'm only giving two stars because being awakened this early every Monday makes me incredibly angry and I'm sure the trash could be picked up at a different time. I will change my rating to 5 stars if the trash collection schedule is changed.

We have lived at Chestnut Ridge apartments for over four years now. Jamie and the rest of the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful during our moving process. This good relationship still continues after all this time. We also like that whenever anything needs attention, the maintenance crew tends to our need immediately or within hours. The exercise room is always convenient and accessible. All in all we are very happy and satisfied here.

We thank Jamie and the team for great customer service over the last few months! We had a family emergency right when we were supposed to move in. We had to delay our move-in and the team was understanding and accommodating. When things settled down, I reached back out to them. We were able to move into a first floor apartment, which was a relief. Maintenance even installed a bar in the tub for us. The complex is quiet and the location cannot be beat. Other than the occasional bug/insect (we are right by the wooded area out back), we have few complaints. We recommend!
