City Vista is an excellent community feel with hard to find amenities in the Pittsburgh area. With a pool, gym, fire pit, outdoor grill, car wash area and sidewalks to run and exercise, it truly is the best place to live. My husband and I love that is located about 3-5 minutes from downtown and very close to popular restaurants and a mall in the Robinson area. We plan to stay for an extended period.

The management team is, without a doubt, the greatest asset of the City Vista complex. They are a sharp and efficient team of professionals, but more important they are kind and caring, and add a personal touch to everything they do. Everyone has always been extremely responsive to my needs, and they have gone above and beyond to create a wonderful little community at City Vista. The apartment itself is modern, lots of closet space, large capacity washer & dryer, well maintained and quiet!

I am ending my 2nd year of leading here and to say it has rapidly gone down hill is putting it mildly. Not only is there an overall lack of concern for residents, especially ones who have lived here since its opening, there is a lack of pride in the property. Among many things, the trash in and around buildings is a constant as well as alcohol bottles, dog droppings and cigarettes. The management was contacted and promptly replied with we can send an email as a response to this matter.

Clean and new, plenty of light, nice room size and storage. Open kitchen and dining/living space. Great amenities and quick commute to the city.

Visited more than 30 places while I was looking for an apartment to live here in Pittsburgh. The only Place I liked was City Vista.. a great complex, a great neighbors and an amazing staff.
