We love that crane village is pet friendly. The landscaping is well kept during the summer and the leaves and Read Moresnow are removed promptly in fall and winter. Some of the steps and sidewalks need worked on as they're uneven and could cause an accident if not paying attention. The pool is closed on Mondays in the summer which is extremely inconvenient considering that is an off day for me and most likely one of the only days, if not THE only day I can use the amenities I pay for. The dog park is nice but contains a lot of bees. So I don't like taking my dog down there if it's not kept well. Also there are often kids that play in the dog park; which is for dogs... not kids. There are not in unit washers and driers which is also pretty inconvenient. Neighbors have always been nice and friendly however some buildings hallways smell heavily of smoke or other strong scents.

Management is terrible and the foreign maintenance workers would put a bandaid on a broken bone and call it a Read Moreday. Terrible all around from top down

Excellent location, clean, but the monthly rent for the remodeled 1-br apartments, for those of us not on publ Read Moreic assistance, is too expensive. Otherwise, I would've given an overall rating of excellent .

Maintenance is fast to address problems in the apartment but usually takes at least 2 calls to have the proble Read Morem resolved. There still is a draft coming from the HVAC system and the fridge is still leaking internally. This had been addressed multiple times but not fixed. The door replaced in the hall was done horribly. You can see a piece of wood to fix the track but the wood was not painted. It even isn't cut straight. Laundry also sucks. Dryers don't dry clothes in 45 Minutes at all & expensive
