But living here for five years people are nice kind and considerate. Great place to live if you want to if you work or want to be near the city of Pittsburgh. Pet friendly. Shopping right around the corner. Close to bus lines which gets you into Pittsburgh whenever you want. Really nice place to live.

Walls are thin and may hear your neighbors. Very clean and up to date when i moved in back in 2011

They allowed me to have pets, they had a dog enclosure, the apartments were very nice for the price.

I believe the rent was entirely too high for the quality and space provided. Maintenance men came into my home unannounced. After a year, they wanted to significantly increasey rent.
