    The price is good for the amenities, location and condition of the apartments. The apartments are in good condition and the company had a good variety of floor plans to offer.

    I have lived in the apartments for some time and would no longer recommend them. Since I moved in, there have been constant maintenance issues which take days, weeks or sometimes never get resolved. The maintenance staff themselves are all great guys and really do seem to try hard. I think the problem is they are overworked and limited to what resources and experience they have. For example, nearly all of the maintenance guys can fix the basics, but when it comes to anything more than very basic with the HVAC or something similar it's "we have to wait 4 days for the HVAC specialist to come back". Then the specialist finally comes back and it's "oh, we have to wait until next Monday for the HVAC company to come". Stuff like that. Also, you may sit and wait for maintenance to come, and sometimes even for simple fixes like needing a bedroom door knob it's "we have to come back later next week once this rare door knob part from the Netherlands comes in." You ask "don't you have any door knob parts in, I really need a new door knob, and it's like "no, I'm sorry these are only made in and sold in the Netherlands by one company who makes four door knobs per week, but don't worry, they have you on the priority list for one of those four." Ok, a bit of an exaggeration but you get my point. Every year the rent is raised but yet rarely updates are provided. They say it's to "keep up with the amenities we provide" or something like that but I have yet to see any amenities. No pool, work out room, or even laundry facilities in some buildings. I am by no means high maintenance and don't expect gold plated faucets in my bathroom, but we are talking about doors, trim, etc. Although the price of rent may be reasonable compared to more urban areas of Pittsburgh, when you factor in what you are paying for rent plus all heat, electric and water you could actually find a much nicer place for the price. Holiday Park's charge much less rent for basically the same thing.

    Overall my experience was good. I had a few issues with the fridge not working correctly and it still is not working right I just never had the time to be at home to explain and show them the issue. It seemed to never get resolved. Same with a bee issue I had to get my boyfriend to take care of them because it was never handled properly. But other then that it was a good experieenc.

    Over all this was a very good experience. We had a few minor issues with the maintenance, but nothing major. Staff was very friendly and the over all community was generally nice and respectful.
