JJ Land has a personal relationship with each of their tenants. They walked me through the entire application process and made it so easy on me when I didn't know anything about renting an apartment alone. They showed me all of my different options and have responded to all of my maintenance, key issue, etc requests immediately. This will now be my 3rd year with them, and it has been the best decision I've ever made.

RENTERS BEWARE! Besides for the eyesore, dirty conditions i.e. overflowing garbage dumpster, garbage spewed all over grounds etc. You have 25 apartments and a parking lot that fits a dozen cars. This creates a situation that the landlord Eric, takes no responsibility or returns phone calls or emails. I'm currently addressing the safety issues here with the Pittsburgh Police.

I lived with JJ Land for ten years, I would recommend them to anyone. They will work with you, and they treat people like humans, not numbers. I loved my apartment; I left to live in a different area outside the city. Anyone who rents with JJ Land has made a great choice! 5 stars!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company allowed me to rent a property that had major structural issues. It wasn't until the second major pipe burst in less than a month that structural short-cuts were made with the foundation of the house and the support beams. I moved out immediately and they still continue to rent the property without making appropriate accommodations.

EXTREMELY RUDE - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER AND I DON'T RECOMMEND to anyone. If I could give JJ Land 0 stars I would. This company sucks. I don't understand how it is still operating. I gave 5 MONTHS ADVANCE NOTICE OF NOT RENEWING MY LEASE AND THE NEXT DAY MY APARTMENT WAS BEING SHOWN TO RANDOM PEOPLE. I'M UNCOMFORTABLE WITH HAVING STRANGERS IN MY APARTMENT WHILE I'M STILL LIVING THERE. DON'T RENT FROM THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY KEEP RAISING THE RENT ON LOW GRADE APARTMENTS!
