JJ Land has a personal relationship with each of their tenants. They walked me through the entire application process and made it so easy on me when I didn't know anything about renting an apartment alone. They showed me all of my different options and have responded to all of my maintenance, key issue, etc requests immediately. This will now be my 3rd year with them, and it has been the best decision I've ever made.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company allowed me to rent a property that had major structural issues. It wasn't until the second major pipe burst in less than a month that structural short-cuts were made with the foundation of the house and the support beams. I moved out immediately and they still continue to rent the property without making appropriate accommodations.

EXTREMELY RUDE - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER AND I DON'T RECOMMEND to anyone. If I could give JJ Land 0 stars I would. This company sucks. I don't understand how it is still operating. I gave 5 MONTHS ADVANCE NOTICE OF NOT RENEWING MY LEASE AND THE NEXT DAY MY APARTMENT WAS BEING SHOWN TO RANDOM PEOPLE. I'M UNCOMFORTABLE WITH HAVING STRANGERS IN MY APARTMENT WHILE I'M STILL LIVING THERE. DON'T RENT FROM THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY KEEP RAISING THE RENT ON LOW GRADE APARTMENTS!

Best staff at JJ land they are very friendly , very helpful and compassionate. All requests are handled in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them for person who's looking for a great rental company and a great place to live!
