I USED TO LIVE IN MAIDEN BRIDGE APARTMENTS. THE HALLWAYS ARE VERY DARK NOT ENOUGH LIGHTS. VERY SCARY.

The upkeep of the building is extremely poor since the new ownership. They keep the lobby nice, but on the levels above, the corridor carpets are filthy and never cleaned. There is an unpleasant odor in the corridors, like something was used to cover a smoking smell. The elevators are absolutely filthy and never cleaned. Not aesthetically pleasing for the amount of rent charged. There are 2 small elevators for the huge building of 9 large levels, and sometimes one is out of order, and not fixed that day or even the next day, leaving 1 small elevator for the huge building, totally unsafe if an evacuation is needed. You can't use the steps because although you can get in to the stairwell, you can't exit on the floor you wish to get out on, because the doors to exit the stairwells are kept locked. Rent is just as high as in much nicer apartments.
