        Pittsburgh Apartment for Rent

Welcome to the Century Building. Downtown living in the heart of Pittsburghs Cultural District. The Century Building was built in 1907, towering above all other buildings in the Pittsburgh Business District. The building stood commanding in appearance. The light Pompeian brick and terra cotta architecture color contrast was striking in the early twentieth century. It continues to be a breathtaking sight over a century later. Built to house offices in Pittsburghs business district at the beginning of the last century, The Century Building was born anew in 2009 with a mix of Commercial businesses, Restaurants and Residential housing. The redevelopment process involved a refurbishment of the 12 story concrete structure. The restoration included floor to ceiling windows, patented copper window bays, and a complete restoration of the buildings historic facade. The project is unique because it intersects affordability, environmental design, and historical preservation and transportation choices into one building.

Upscale loft living with culture and comfort. Trek Development Group historically renovated this former printing factory into 22 loft apartments. Many of the original historic elements of the building were preserved and refurbished including the original wood, tin ceilings, and exposed brick. Exterior elements that were lost over the years, such as the full-size round-top windows, cornice caps, and the pier cap were reconstructed to restore the building to its original beauty.

taking a dog for a nice walk and stopping by and getting some hot dogs on Federal StreetDown to the walk trail along the river

I live on a tiny Dead end Street with a half a dozen houses. Most of the houses are occupied by older citizens. There are no children on this street at all. As being an older citizen, I appreciate that there are restaurants and bars, probably within walking distance of the younger person. If I go out, I don't usually stay in this neighborhood

This place is beautiful, overall the park is very close and good to walk safely. People is friendly, good, we have little libraries at street for free to change books. And we have also some community gardens

There is a lot of racial diversity which I want! Most neighbors look out for each other. There are lots of beautiful gardens.

Born and raised here love to be able to visit friend and family by just hoping on bus. I love how I can get on one bus and go to the mall and have access to very many restaurants and shopping store along with grocery

There's a good pizza place a mile and change away. There are plenty of sidewalks so it is safe to jog.
