Local Reviews

Close to the beach. My neighbors are friendly and close to grocery stores. Good schools nearby. Just a good community.

The proximity to a park that everyone can enjoy. That's it right along the ocean. There are hotels nearby.

The neighbors are friendly. As a rural area, there are few barnyard animals nearby. You can target practice without the neighbors caring.

It has very wide road shoulders so it attracts a lot of walkers and runners which seems to add more eyes and ears to keep burglars at bay. The neighborhood is upper middle class with mainly business professionals as homeowners.

I like being in the center of town where everything I like is not more than 2 miles away. Restaurants, shopping and parks are close by.

Very quiet and not worried about speeding cars. Close to an elementary school so it's family friendly. Very safe and nice environment.
