I am sick and tired of trying to deal with this place. I filled out an application LAST MARCH and it was ignored. That was after 2 months (since January 2021) of trying to call their office to simply find out about availability. It either was not returned or the voicemail was full. Eventually they did clear their voicemails but subsequent ones were just ignored. I kept trying to use the online contact and I would get a generic email. I got one from a Tatiana and a Matt, so who is the actual property manager there? I wrote an email to Matt last October detailing my interest and the problems I have had hearing back from them; nothing. So, I tried again using the online contact system. Nothing except a generated email. I called the office again, nothing. I called their corporate office in Wyomissing, never got a call back. After 1.5 years of being totally ignored by this place I am done. The only reason I am writing this is because other potential renters need to hear the problems I have been having. Also, since they provide no follow-up, we as a consumer need to have some way of making our voice heard. I am not interested in a generic "give us a call" response from someone at MMG on this site, either. The time to have done that was not when one went public with their experience. The time was a long time ago. I am not sure if it is ignorance or arrogance that I never received even one phone call back but I do not care. I am done trying to contact them and if this is how all of MMG is, I want no parts of them.

I never got to speak to a person on the phone. There was never anyone in the office. There voicemail was full.So I couldn't leave a voicemail. All I wanted to do was set up a appointment to see the place. I

Overall the experience was terrible we were given an apartment with roaches, mice, bad blinds, horrible carpets, and patchy work. It was a disgusting environment.

Some neighbors have continues guest that are very rude to delivery people and others who live here, extremely loud and party through out the night til morning, with very thin walls so if you have kids pray you get in a building that's quiet. Also quiet a few abandoned cars taking up lots of parking spaces and not parked correctly.
