Staff is friendly and very helpful. You couldnt ask for better staff than Sara and Wendy. Maintenance staff is a great group of guys.

These greedy owners run a monopoly here. If youre late 5 days, its an $80 fee. If youre late 3 weeks they take u to court. Every time they take u to court its $150/$200. For 3 weeks!!!! I never ever heard of something like this!!! So if u dont have the rent by the 3rd week its around $250 extra on top of your rent. Theyre drowning us!

Over charging for a one bedroom $1,460. For a non outdated apartment. By far one of the worst apartments to ever live in. From day one I had issues living here. They have rodents issues, from mice in your kitchen area/underneath ovens, from squirrels and birds in their crawl spaces. Hearing noises of birds and squirrels in the ceilings and walls. I had to deal with exterminators and wildlife for squirrels living in my crawl space for months. The uneducated /unlicensed maintenance workers who live on the property who probably get discounted rates for living there, TRAPPED the squirrels barricading them in my crawl space. Where not only Im pregnant and hearing noises at 3AM/4AM and had to take off of work to deal with these deal with these matters. Laundry room half broken down, one washer and dryer for the whole building. MOLD in the ceiling, no working lights inside only out of the laundry room. I was robbed outside of my complex at 1pm in the afternoon while 6 months pregnant no cameras or proof. Police report was made, office reported their sorry that happened no letter was sent out to warn the community.My husband install camera outside of our apartment. Overheard neighbors and spoke with neighbors that someone car was robbed into, and vandalized a gun was stolen out of their glovebox. No letter was issue out to let anyone know. No street lights at night as well. Parking spaces arent label, From living under these living conditions I had a high risk pregnancy and my child was born premature early. Supposed to be a nice start for my fianc and I and turned into nightmare we are NO longer living.

Concord apartments is a pet/family area! Wendy, the leasing manager, is very friendly, prompt, and helpful with any questions you have! Couldnt ask for a better apartment complex to live in!

Very nice clean apartments,safe, with very friendly neighbors. Professional maintenance and front desk is helpful And friendly. I would recommend these apartments to everyone and its literally 10 minutes from everything hiking trails, restaurants, businesses anything you would ever need.
