    I have requested info on this complex numerous times and never once have I heard from them. Very very disappointing and they obviously dont want to rent their properties that badly

    I lived in this building for 1 year and the management group has changed, and the care of the building is severely lacking. The people who work at the units on a daily basis do as much as they can to help but the management group is horrendous. They dont return calls, they lie, raised rent without a single update to the place and are taking a potentially niche place down really fast. Do not rent here!

    Riverloft has beautiful apartments with affordable prices. I love living here and the management and other personnel are excellent!

    I like the friendly staff and their support. Lately however some of the problems that have come up have been slow in being fixed. I have heard this comment from several other residents. The water bill is getting to be a problem also.
