I like the location. The rent is great, and heat is included. However, the office management is less than par. Whenever there is a complaint, the woman that is over the office lady tells you to get out. This occurred after a neighbor of mine tampered with my mail and urinated on MY DOOR. I was told it is my problem so I should leave. Maintenance is terrible.

Maintenance is below average work. Certain rooms in the apartments need to be renovated. The apartment doesn't spend money for the upkeep of the buildings.
