We lived here for approximately 7 months on a short-term lease when we were in between selling and purchasing a home. Honestly, I have no complaints. It was the definition of maintenance free living. The home had everything we needed (I really liked the closet space!), and the staff was easy to work with. When they would need to do something in our house (i.e. replace the air filter), they would always give us advance notice. There was a minor issue with our dryer, and the property manager made sure to give me access to a vacant unit's dryer until it was fixed (a part had to be ordered, so it took a couple of days). In the winter, they do a pretty good job of clearing the snow, so we did not have any issues with parking. There is a nice little hill for sledding behind the group of townhomes by the drainage basin. As for the community, everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. It is pet-friendly (no dog breed restrictions). Not to mention, there is no main road nearby to make traffic noise. So, it was quiet. There is a grocery store within walking distance, along with several restaurants. The school district is great, they even have an after-school activity bus for middle and high schoolers that drops off right at the end of the community. When we gave our non-renewal notice, they provided us with a helpful list to work with in terms of what needed to be done before we moved. They were even nice enough to let us schedule the carpet cleaning after our lease end date so we didn't have to move out a few days early.

I have lived here for a few years now. Pros:Living arrangement is nice with room for children to play. Pet friendly with plenty of areas to walk. Appliances included with the townhouse. Outside upkeep (snow/grass). Trash and water included (unless a major amount is used) Not far from grocery store and restaurants. Attached garage with units. Maintenance in emergencies. The complex is a newer build. Not far from Maryland for those looking for a small commute.Cons:The management has been on a decline since new ownership. Property maintenance used to be on site every day taking care of any issues to include any litter that may have been on the property. Now you would be lucky to see maintenance in a week if there was an issue. Owners have a second townhouse complex they are typically at instead. Prices for rent are now going up with new leases but services have been dwindling. Property management would always listen to concerns and now seems to fall on deaf ears. Management walked right in one day without any notice even though agreement clearly states notices would be given.There used to be community events like Easter egg hunts for the kids and other community activities which has perished in 2018. For $1500 a month, I dont believe its worth renting compared to putting money into mortgage anymore or townhomes with parks/pools/basketball courts. If major changes occur, I would consider staying after this lease is up otherwise I would have to re-evaluate the benefits and decide to renew a lease with them.

The townhouse I selected was brand new. I've been here a month, and they're still working on things on the exterior, but the workers have been friendly/courteous and the manager has been timely with alerts when I need to keep my car off the road. Everything's new, so I don't forsee any issues in the future with the quality of the construction. The area is also incredibly quiet, exactly what I was looking for. I love my new place.

Although Indigo Pointe is very visually pleasing and has a very accommodating staff, there are many things lacking from this community such as playgrounds, fitness centers, a pool, etc. For the price, there are not as many perks as other similar developments

Be very careful moving here. Looks great on the outside but looks can be deceiving. The manager STAN BAIR is a crook. He is a bully to the residents. From his threatening emails to finding a way to keep your security deposit. he try to find ways to bully you into letting them in your home. And if you have kids stay away. Not kid friendly.

I like living here. Maintenance takes care of issues right away and emergencies are always dealt with immediately. While I wish it was a little cheaper, I understand how expensive rent has gotten over the last few years.
