    Excellent place to live. Pet friendly!! Nice neighbors. Would have remained a resident had we not have to relocate due to work. Train station is right up the hill to go into the city. The creek and location of the complex provide a great environment for quiet and nature - which is great after a long day at work.

    The apartments are in a good location, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The apartments themselves are outdated with mediocre construction. Parking is assigned to spots which is nice provided someone doesn't steal yours. The management is terrible, however. After I notified the office I would be leaving at the end of my lease, on several occasions, the manager came into my apartment without notifying me in advance, which violated the privacy policy listed in the lease.

    When I first moved here the complex was great. Over time the standards of the new residents allowed to rent at this property have decreased. Although the insides of the apartments are upgraded there is little to no upgrades to the exterior. Although some of the apartments are upgraded when residents move out, the residents who remain live with dated and old kitchens and bathrooms. Maintenance is done in a timely manner, but not always to the best of their capability.

    Managerial and maintenance staff are excellent and quick to respond to any requests. The apartment is spacious and has been updated before we moved in. The grounds in front of our building are desperately in need of landscaping and inclusion of a connecting walkway. also, the wood around the entry is peeling and becoming detached from the building.
