    You can hear everything!! Heard people using toilet. Could not even turn on tv without people below us complaining.

    Apartments are cheaply made and repairs were need at the beginning with a large lag time. Known issues are not resolved when request are made. Even after letters are sent to the property manager. Property manager is to give tenant 24 hours advanced notice prior to showings of apartment and its not followed.
