I've been here 5 years it would be nice to have our appliances updated other than that it's a wonderful place to live I just love it here

Stricter pet policies- I often see small children walking big dogs, which is very unsafe in our parking lot. Overflowing dumpsters, especially when people are moving out, are an eyesore and inconvenient for conscientious tenants. Overall, the carpeting could be refreshed and ventilation in the buildings should be improved.

I continue to pay for a 2 bedroom apartment but one room is damaged and has mold growing. It's been over 2 months and nothing has been done. It keeps getting pushed to the following week.

It would be nice to have part of the buildings designated as smoke free homes, current residents could be grandfathered in.
