Local Reviews

There is no HOA so no one gets hasseled. There is a park not too far but not really in walking distance.

assisted living on the street gives the security at night and day, with a busy road nearby, police are fast to arrive

Mexican families that speak both English & Mexican. Great during the day hours, but bad after dark. Close to the freeway on ramps. Also, close to many stores & businesses.

Most all yards are fenced, (mine included,) no stray dogs wandering into my yard making a mess and frightening my dog!

I love that it is quiet and we have great friendly neighbors. Our neighborhood is full of families.

I like that we have cornmans. Elote is tasty. So maby malls and movie theatres to choose from. Party jungle is great for my daughter I love the st.vincent de paul. The local restaruants like pv burger and valle luna.
