Clean, beautiful, and quiet place. Neighbors are very friendly, and Donna, the manager, is wonderful doing her job. I definitely recommend this place

The fact that we weren't even told the trees were being removed is rediculous....those trees were older than most people living here..but no biggie right? Just hack them down with not even a word of notification...instead we had maintenance guys knocking on doors to figure out who's cars had to be moved...this place is becoming everything it wasn't meant to be and you should be ashamed....raise the rent take things away...raise the rent take things away..I'll be notifying the Arbor Day Foundation and other forest protection groups as well...those were old growth trees you destroyed in 10 minutes..you people sell this place on having trees and nature but you sure seem more than happy to change that with no consideration for your tennants or the animals that were here before you were...and don't bother with some generic response... I'm disgusted and there's no changing that.

I have lived at Fox Run for 31+ years... I absolutely love it here! The apartments are spacious, bright and sunny. Each apartment has its own private entrance... each apartment has a full-size washer and dryer just beyond the kitchen area. The "backyard" area is very peaceful, with frequent "visitors"! I would like to start by saying Donna from management and Joanne from sales are amazing people! They helped us through our process, we can’t thank them enough. After a long research and visiting many apartment complexes we can easily say that Fox Run Apartments are the best in the area. Very spacious apartments, beautiful landscaping, and amazing amenities… We look forward to settling down in our new home.

This place doesn’t answer the phone or emails. We’ve gotten 2 email replies in 2 weeks and have called every morning and every afternoon and no one has answered the phone a single time. Not sure I want to sign a lease at a place I can’t even get in contact with in the first place. EDIT to their reply: I have called and emailed multiple times since this initial review and they still have yet to answer. Just trying to look better on the internet

PLEASE EVERYONE.. YOU NEED TO STOP SENDING MONEY TO PEOPLE TO INVEST ON YOUR BEHALF! I have lost about $44,700 in the past Months sending money to scammers.. you just needed Account managers with many years of past experience who are doing well in their profession to teach, direct and guild you on how to get started.. it's time you learn how to REGISTER by yourself, DEPOSIT by yourself, TRADE by yourself and WITHDRAW by yourself without sending money to anyone at all. I met my professional trader sometime ago, she is the best trader who helped me recover my lost and she is faithful and truthful... she helped me so much that I decide to advertise her good works and tell the world about her good works. Great place to live. Quiet and pastural, there is no better Apartment Complex in Warminster. Maintenance is done quickly and competently.

Fox Run was a poorly maintained apartment complex. Especially in the winter time. The company who plowed for them was terrible. My daughter slipped and fell at the bus stop because tbey pushed the snow right in of the mailboxes where she waits for the bus. She had a sprained wrist from her fall. Their trash containers were always overflowing on the ground and it smelled. Their maintenance crew was horrible. I asked not to come into the apartment while my teenage daughter was home alone. And specifically left a note on my and a message at office on when we're to be home. They entered our without our consent. Then they used a shop vac and blew dirt and dust all over my apartment, instead of vacuuming out my dryer vent, and left a big mess in my apartment. Time I had backed up kitchen sink and when they plunged my sink it blew out my garbage and then they left me with no sink for a whole entire weekend. Instead of putting a new garbage disposal, they replaced the drain entirely. I was told they were not installing a new garbage disposal. They left a mess in my kitchen for 3 days and could use my kitchen sink.

Just love my apartment and the complex people are friendly the Rental agent Donna is great .Any issues you have for the most part get fixed right away .I love sitting on my front porch listening to the birds and looking at the garden . Some mornings we catch some deer out in the little field .Our own piece of heaven here in Warminster.
