The property owners are charging tenants a premium for the excellent school district. So for anyone without school going kids, the value drops heavily.

There really isn't much I can say that is NOT good about Strafford Station Apts. We've been here 3 years, and all is good!!

The carpet was filthy when we moved in. Management refused to clean it and instead told us to vacuum it. Later on, when we vacuumed, parts of the carpet got caught on the vacuum and ripped the carpet. The kitchen was a tad small. Other than that, it was fine.

Very nice place. Management is nice. Walkable to Septa and nearby places. Only missing is the Fitness facility.
